We have hit National attention several times in the last few months. With this in check buyers should be looking to get rates locked in and properties under contract as Realtors are seeing notable trends of properties under contract. Buyers are also seeing signs of inventory declining as sellers are holding to there price and not wavering to much. The Colorado trend has turned to the upside and the market is moving.
