The Denver Colorado Real Estate market is budding with movement

Thankfully, the weather is warming up right along with the market.  Our showings and U/C’s are up from last year.  Here are some stats:

  1. We currently have 1481 listings (1426 in 2009) U/C’s 444 (370 in 2009).
  2. The bulk of our showings are from $150k – $299K.  After $299K, they drop to half or less.
  3. Average U/C price is $274k. Average list price is $324K.
  4. Our company website is getting an average of 129,000 visitors per week.
  5. Our Buyer’s Guides on the Denver Post site are getting An average of 108,000 hits for a two week period.  We are getting the most hits on their real estate site.
  6. We are also seeing increased activity through the online comapigns with craigslist and the listing optimization that Re/Max Professionals does for it’s clients.
